1. About the Service
Bali Home Care is a platform connecting users with medical staff and caregivers (nurses, midwives, doctors, babysitters, and similar professions) for in-home care services in the Bali area. We act as a booking intermediary; the care itself is delivered by our partner medical staff.
2. Not an Emergency Service
Bali Home Care is not an emergency medical service. If you or someone else is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, immediately call 112 (national emergency number) or 119 (Ministry of Health), or go directly to the nearest Emergency Room (IGD). Do not use this site's booking form for emergency needs.
3. Booking Services
A booking submitted through this site's form is not finally confirmed until our team confirms it via WhatsApp. The information you provide (schedule, complaint, address) must be accurate for the service to be delivered correctly.
4. Partner Medical Staff
Medical staff listed on this site have gone through an internal verification process by our admin, including checking STR/SIP license numbers for professions that require one. Bali Home Care acts as a booking intermediary between you and partner medical staff; the care itself is delivered by partner medical staff as independent parties.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or schedule changes can be made by contacting our team via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
6. User Obligations
Users must provide accurate information when booking a service, and treat assigned medical staff with respect.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from the use of this site and its services will first be resolved through good-faith discussion to reach an agreement; if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved through the applicable legal process in Indonesia.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version shown on this site at the time you use the service is the one that applies.
